What if I need to cancel? Is my deposit refundable? 

Don't worry; in the event of an unexpected situation or an unforeseen event that you can't handle, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. This way, I can reschedule our meeting within a maximum period of up to 60 days in advance. However, please note that each scheduled meeting involves a sequence of confirmations through various channels. Unfortunately, if you're absent or don't attend without prior communication, we won't be able to refund the prepaid amount.

This measure ensures the reservation of our meeting date and maintains a strong commitment to our work. Additionally, the tolerance for each session is a maximum of 10 minutes. In the case of the Initial Session, any delay beyond this time will be deducted from the 20 minutes offered.

What results can I expect from these consulting sessions?

The most immediate benefits include clarity, perspective, close guidance, and answers to your main questions about the ongoing processes in your company, whether you're a startup or part of a long-standing business. On a more tangible level, within 24 to 48 hours after each session (depending on the consultancy scope), you'll receive a document in your email. No, and I regret to inform you that this is indeed a significant misunderstanding!
